From what I recall, we've only ever heard from Collins (and his agent) about prognosis, and that has always been positive with regards to the success of the surgery and his potential return. At this point, I don't think we have heard enough to say one way or the other if he'll play again.

Adam McC commentary on the signing... Gonzalez is aware of the Brewersâ plan to use young Jean Segura as the starting shortstop, so this could mark the beginning of a new phase in Gonzalezâs career. He has appeared in the field in 1,536 big league games, all of them at shortstop and 1,504 of them as the starting shortstop, but he manned third base last month in Venezuela and could also see action for the Brewers at second as a backup to Rickie Weeks and perhaps even at first base, where Mat...

Love to talk football. Here are a few of my thoughts on defensive schemes: It's said that defense wins championships. But it's offense that drives television ratings and merchandise sales. Television broadcasts focus on the path of the football rather than showing an entire play unfold. More often than not, it's the quarterback and his skill position players that attract the attention of most football fans. Football phrases like "seven step drop" and "pulling guard" and "West Coast offense"...
