Cowherd has his own pregame show?!?!?!? When did this happen? Is it being recorded in his basement? I had no idea this show was on but it's reassuring to know its actually worse than I could have imagined.

Was watching Outside the Lines. The last bastion of smart on ESPN. That and I'm mesmerized by Bob Ley's new Jeremiah Johnson beard. Collins Basement Fun Hour followed it. Took me a few minutes to realize it was a real show. 

I love the smell of Lambeau in the morning. I suspect the RVs were there in the KMart lot since Thursday. Tailgating. Living the dream. A game at Lambeau. What a weekend it is.

 

Pack bounces back big time today. Bank it. Bears drop to 0-2.

No other Sunday Game thread yet and I'm too lazy to start one. 

 

As I understand it. Alshon Jeffries and Brandon Marshall aren't going this week so Chicago called up a couple guys from the practice squad. 

 

Am I positively giddy about Jay Cutler ripping his chin strap off 85 times while making wild "out dammit.... its an out route!!!!" hand gestures in SF tonight? Yes I am. 

 

Sounds like the Bears may be without their top two WR's today, Marshall & Jeffery.  Bears signed two practice squad WR's to their active roster.

Chillijon, you beat me by a couple minutes.  Bears will be struggling for sure. 

 

We'll see if Bulaga can go for us today.

My head is still spinning from the 3 minutes I saw this morning. Tom Waddle came on and said SF is ripe for a Bears upset tonight. I think I may have blacked out for a few seconds before finding the remote. 

I think SF will play 8 in the box to try and stop Forte and force Cutler to pass.  I don't expect a Bears upset but you never know.

My guess is the Bears' coaching staff is writing this week off and don't want BM or AJ further injuring themselves.

He made the family put an * by that entry in the family bible though,  "whipped" does not mean he lost.

The more Chris Carter talks, I'm not so sure he's not still dib dabbing with the blow. Probably should have sat a couple segments on the sideline.

Your mistake is watching anything on ESPN that's not a live sporting event.

I find pretty much every talking head I've seen on ESPN to be smug and in love with themselves.

At LB, 57 Jamari Lattimore will start in place of Jones. At RT, 78 Derek Sherrod will start in place of Bulaga.

Welp. It's the Sherrod show today. At least he's on grass at home. I assume he will get some chip help from Quarless or another TE.

Actually glad to see Bulaga down, too gimpy right now. Hope MM gives Derek a lot of help, Jets front seven is really good.

 

Mike Pennel is active. Sweet.

You didn't really think Bulaga was going to play, did you?  What's the last Packer injury that was less serious than originally announced?

@TyDunne: At the same time, Darrin Walls will be starting at cornerback in place of Milliner.

I think it would be a different story had he lined up at MLB from the get-go.

Glad to see Pennel active too!  I hope they plan on using him and hope he holds up!
