Shameful defense on the equalizer.
Midfield was atrocious. US back line on its best day is pedestrian but at least Yedlin, Cameron and Brooks play in top leagues. This is Arenas science lab, and he needs to develop youth. Acosta will be good but he's green. Dwyer will be even better with Pulisic next to him.
Dwyer is the best finisher for the US. He should start every game.

I turned it off at 2-2...glad they won, but that was the easiest team in the group. Defense is atrocious...but that first goal was all Guzan. Although he did have a save in the 1H off an errant throw.
US missed a ton of opportunities to score. I keep telling myself this is all part of Bruce's plan...seeing what the young kids can do, to build some depth. But sheesh...

Corona is a meathead...I knew he was going to flub it. Dwyer kicked it in the worst place you can...would have been better off chipping it. Game was closer than it needed to be.
Defense was better...but probably due to the fact Nicaragua is horrid more than our boys improved.
Hope we don't have to face Jamaica Wednesday...Rasta boys pace gives us fits.
