Outside of maybe the SEC West, there is probably no team in the country that's had to play 3 team this good in a row, maybe ever. #8, #4, and #2 in the country? The teams have gone 40-6 combined since the beginning of last season and 3 of the losses were to each other. The other 3 losses were by MSU to Alabama in the playoff and to Nebraska on a disputed call and by UM to Utah (the only real outlier) in the first game last year.

I think Bucky has a chance to be competitive in East Lansing but I see a 28-20 type loss. I see the same type of loss to Michigan because the game is in East Lansing. I just don't think Wisconsin has the QB play to win these types of games.

The OSU game has the most potential to be a blowout just because OSU has so much team speed. I realize LSU is a similarly talented team, but Urban Meyer is much better Xs and Os guy than Les Miles. I could see Wisconsin losing that game by at least 3 touchdowns.

The problem is then Bucky as to go play at Iowa immediately after OSU. A good Wisconsin team may be 3-4 by the time they are able to get a semi-breather against Nebraska, Northwestern, Illinois, Purdue, and Minnesota to end the season.

If you include the Iowa game, I think Wisconsin would be doing well to go 1-3. 2-2 would be outstanding.

I live about an hour from the O$U campus and am married to a rabid O$U fan so I get to see all their games.  Meyer is definitely a much better Xs and Os coach and he also does not shy away from running up the score and he will not hesitate against the Badgers.  Usually I think that UW has a punchers chance in that game but I just cant see it this year.  Way too much talent that is bought and paid for by O$U.  But it is in Madtown so there is always hope.

I sometimes wonder what the schedule maker has against Bucky this year.  @MSU, @UM, OSU, and @Iowa and then a toss up game with Neb.

I also agree that going 1-3 is the best hope in this spot with a banged up team, young QB with no experience, and that schedule.
