I am just really bummed by the injuries....and am hoping none are long term.
Those of you, like Blaire, who apparently don't work for a living and have time to browse the interweb, please post anything you find.
Thanks...I and my dog thank you,

Our guys are near death....Atlantas will be back next week.
The definition of work for a 1%'r is different than those in the 99%.
Sprained "quad" "groin" "hamstring" points to training/nutrition/practice habits. Seems to be a recurring issue with this team and players ailing with some "minor" injury that will sideline players for weeks.
As much as packer fans rip Aikman, he does make a point with this team dealing with seemingly never ending injuries. And yes, were only in week 2.
Our team doesn't use HGH as much as the rest of the league.
Injuries last longer & healing takes longer
#Packers WR Randall Cobb, who left yesterday’s game with a shoulder injury, will have an MRI today to determine the severity, source said.

We can weather losing Cobb OR Nelson but not both.
Cobb's shoulder is just weak. IMO, it's neither here or there, but it seems like he has had shoulder injuries almost every year. I know he has had them a couple of years. So, should we get rid of him, since he's not consistently available, or deal with it? Separated shoulder out 2-4 weeks, (something like that), you can set your clock to it. I like Cobb, and I don't think we should get rid of him, but all of the bitching and moaning about it, isn't going to change the injury fact.
Daniels, is a tough dude, he would've played, if he could have.
That is a problem for Cobb. Built like a QB, with the mentality of someone like Montgomery. Cobb will never be a #1 WR because of this. He is however, a very smart route runner, just can't take too many (direct) hits it seems.
A "Separated shoulder" is when the collarbone breaks free from the top of the shoulder.

If it were the playoffs, Daniels would have probably played. But you don't win Super Bowls in September. I'd rather have Daniels, Cobb, and Nelson healthy for a road playoff game in January than risk losing them for the year by playing injured and increasing the chance for home playoff games (especially when you are already playing a game with two new OTs).
#Packers WR Randall Cobb, who had an MRI for a shoulder injury today, is considered day-to-day, source said. Nothing major.

That's good news. He'll be out only a month. It looked yesterday like he was just angry on the sideline at what was happening on the field. Dom looked like he couldn't find this week's gameplan and decided to use last week's. MM too loyal to him for many years now.
Dom needs to go. Reminds me of when Kapernick was cutting us up and he had no answers. Other NFL teams didn't make him look that good.

MM and TT get the blame keeping him around. What, after every season they tell each other that next year will be the years Capers excels? Or are they afraid that if they bring in a new DC it will expose bad drafting on defense?

The Packers don't believe Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb or Mike Daniels have long-term injuries, but there are still awaiting all the test results. Mike McCarthy may have an update this evening when he holds his day-after-game press conference at 7 p.m. CT but they are likely to be considered day to day, week to week injuries like most soft tissue problems are.
Looking for answers in the 7pm presser?
"With the Sunday night game time, everything in the schedule is pushed back a bit. I haven't met with the medical staff yet." - McCarthy speak
I had both a heart attack and a pulmonary embolism on the same day 2 weeks ago. Does that count?
Dom looked like he couldn't find this week's gameplan
Dom has a gameplan?
I had both a heart attack and a pulmonary embolism on the same day 2 weeks ago.
Seriously? Dear God, get well soon!
That was also Dom's fault.

First thing I thought of was Randy Quaid's line of "Are you serious Clarke?" when Chevy Chase tells the little kids that NASA spotted Santa's sleigh in Christmas Vacation. But I hesitated, not knowing if you were joking. I sincerely hope that you are doing o.k.

Holy CRAP Wulff!
I think that counts.
You must be doing better to post in this hell hole after a crappy loss.
Well, not verbatim, but close.

You need to do more fishing Wulff.

They're DOOMED!!!!
Morgue will be busy this week...
Packers WR Jordy Nelson's quad strain is not considered serious but he is "50-50" for Sunday vs. Bengals, per source.

No need to take any chances for a game against the Bungles. Shut him down and let it heal.
Gerrrrrrrrrrrrominooooooooooooo!
Jordy is soft. Don Hutson would have just used his other quad and scored 4 TD. McCarthy's soft attitude is filtering down, even his midsection is soft.
Joe Thomas would have a dozen or so consecutive snaps in GB
