The guy could be 100% guilty, but it doesn't seem right the national media would run with this when, according to the article, "did not file complaints with Duke's Office of Student Conduct or the Durham Police Department."

 

So what we have is the sanctimonious media running with this story and possibly smearing an innocent man's name based on claims made at a weekend diversity retreat?  No convictions, no court date, no charges and not even a complaint filed.  But all that does not matter as long as it fits a certain agenda.

Being out of shape, committing technical fouls, getting kicked out of practice.  Again, this man might very be well of sexually assulting two women.  But it seems the media should be mentioning this stuff too when talking about his dismissal, not just implying that his dismissal had to been because of the alleged sexual assults.
