Pretty amazing ascension for this kid, the youngest foreign born player to ever be named a starter in the All Star game (22 years old).

Unfortunately for the Bucks the rest of the team has tanked the last 2 weeks, but they have struck gold with this kid and the future is bright. And the think he has a long way to go to reach his zenith... wow!

They have Giannis, another  all-star-level player in Jabari Parker, and one of the biggest surprises of the 2016 draft (Brogdon) along with a pretty decent big man off the bench (Monroe) and some pretty decent role players (Snell, Dellavadova). Easily top 6-7 in the league in terms of talent and Giannis and Parker are 4 and 3 year veterans.

And they are 20-21 and no lock to make the playoffs.

"The way the league is" no player has a need to go into the bigger market anymore. That is part of the reason why the balance of power in the NBA has dispersed.

With Giannis, he has already been extended with a 9 figure contract. He'll be just entering his prime when he'll be ready for another. I don't see any reason he'll look to leave.

Parker might be another story. If he's smart, he'll tie himself to Giannis. But he seems to have a strong desire to be politically active. Being from Chicago, and the fact that he has programs he's already involved in down here, I wouldn't be surprised if he bolts.
