Juan is a BIG boy!

I'm glad there weren't guys that big when I played ball in school. The only guys close to 6' were all skinny receivers, and the guys that were 'heavy' (160-170) were linemen, or the occassional LB. There were a few schools that had maybe 1 fat kid, and usually played C or NT. I played FB at 150, for cryin' out loud!

I'd hate to think what guys in the 200's could've done to me, much less a boy this size...

Not sure what he's going to do... Homerism aside, he's got a great story.  He was a 2-star player coming out of California a few years back.  Nobody on the west coast wanted him and he's turned himself into a pretty good football player at UA.  I'm not sure how he will perform at the combine but my guess is probably not too well.  The kid can play ball though.

Where did you go to school, Taiwan?

Well keep in mind, this was during the middle 70's. And the Tulsa, OK area wasn't exactly a hotbed for producing top-shelf football players as I recall.

A 6' 200 lb athlete was the norm in the NFL those days. OL hogs topped out @ 250. So guys in HS and college were naturally smaller.

That's my story, anyway, and I'm stickin' to it!
