Definitely one of those games where it would have been nice to have had Phat Eddie.  He struck me as a good "bad conditions" runner.

A few weeks ago I would have thought the Pack would have no shot in this game, but they've righted the ship enough that I think this game will be a tossup.

I think the competition the past two weeks has made us look better than we really are. The Seahawks will be a better test, and I wouldn't be surprised to see it go down either way: we crash and burn in spectacular fashion, or we win convincingly.

Mike McCarthy said T.J. Lang is making progress and improving. He's looking forward to seeing how Lang responds today and tomorrow.

Winter Storm Watch for Green Bay, WI Saturday night through Sunday.

Looks like the heaviest snow will be during the daytime hours on Sunday. It'll be another snowy game at Lambeau Field on Sunday between the Packers and Seahawks. Winds will also be fairly breezy. By the time the snow wraps up early Monday morning, snowfall amounts look to be between 3-6" for most areas with locally higher amounts for south of the Fox Valley.

...and Lambeau will be packed!

They're finding out now that no Christmas is coming!"
"They're just waking up! I know just what they'll do!"
"Their mouths will hang open a minute or two,
Then the Fans down in Lambeau will all cry BooHoo!"
"That's a noise," grinned GBFANFORLIFE, "That I simply MUST hear!"
So he paused. And the GBFAN put his hand to his ear.
And he did hear a sound rising over the snow.
It started in low. Then it started to grow.
But the sound wasn't sad! Why, this sound sounded merry!
It couldn't be so! But it WAS merry! VERY!
He stared down at Lambeau! And he popped his eyes!
Then he shook! What he saw was a shocking surprise!
Every Fan down in Lambeau, the tall and the small,
Was singing! Without any presents at all!
He HADN'T stopped Christmas from coming! IT CAME!
Somehow or other, it came just the same!
And GBFAN, with his fan-feet ice-cold in the snow,
Stood puzzling and puzzling: "How could it be so?"
"It came without winning! It came without losing!"
"It came without all of the faults of my choosing!"
And he puzzled three hours, till his puzzler was sore.
Then GBFAN thought of something he hadn't before!
"Maybe Christmas," he thought, "doesn't come from a store."
"Maybe Christmas...perhaps...means a little bit more!"
And what happened then? Well...in Lambeau they say,
That GBFAN's small heart Grew three sizes that day!
And the minute his heart didn't feel quite so tight,
He whizzed with his load through the bright morning light,
And he brought forth his thoughts! And his thoughts weren't a hit!
For his thoughts. GBFAN's thoughts. We're a pile of bull****.

Supposed to be catching a flight out west early tomorrow morning so it could be an adventure with the snow.   Not so much for a football game.  Meant to be played in these conditions.

What's got me a little concerned is the current temp is 15 without the wind chill.  Good thing Brent isn't playing.

I don't care who else is there but I'm planning on having a blast at Lambeau tomorrow and I hope the team does too.  Screw the hags, punch 'em in the mouth, kick 'em when they're down, make 'em feel the pain, win another.  Cold and snow (and not wet, thank you Gia) and white russians - let's party!!!!

I am just not sure. This was one game that I had already chalked up as a possible loss when our "easy" schedule came out. And that was before all the injuries hit.  I am one who believes that injuries do impact the game. Otherwise why do we name certain players as first string starters to begin with? Weather will not be much of a factor by gametime. I will be surprised if the Packers win.

Not sure by gametime but spoke to the family and it's snowing like a mofo right now.

Bad weather slows down the pass rush (good for GB) and helps the running game (not good for GB).  It helps immensely that the Packers played at home last week as at least they have an idea what the field will be like.

That's different than that idot Pete Carroll who proclaimed something like "we live and play in similar conditions?"  Uh, when does it snow or get 15-20 degrees in Seattle Pete?

I don't dislike the Seahawks despite working with a bunch of their front running fans but I can't stand Carroll.   He's right up there with James Franklin as being ranked highly on the douchebag scale.

Weather and field don't appear to be an issue.

I kinda hoped that the weather would be in our favor. Now Vikes and Lions playing well in early games. Not good. Also Gunter and Randall "under the weather" with illness
