That's always the claim but it never seems to work out that way. Rain is no problem and probably helps the passing game as it makes it harder for defenders to operate. The only real problem passing games face is wind and you needs lots of it to affect the passing down on the field as the stadium itself protect the surface.

Now rain might hinder Teddy Small Hands and soak into hi ankle wrap and slow him down but passing should be easy.

Packers 34 - MN 17

Zimmer is a good defensive mind. Doesn't have the horses he had in Cincy, though. George Edwards, their DC, dont recall him as having caused any fits for AR.

The big thing tomorrow night is going to be for the Packer defense to figure out how to contain the run first, and then keep Courderouy from having too many big plays. Not too worried about the offense.

Gap split on the d-line is irrelevant if both ILBs decide they are going to converge to the same spot. The more you watch film on this D the more it appears it's not scheme but guys that don't have the first ****ing idea what contain is or the concept of help defense.

Im im quickly coming around on the opinion that Moss is a coaching liability.

Rodgers numbers (small sample size) against Zimmer are bad. Hopefully they are much better come Friday. Greenway out is good news for Lacy, Starks and the TE's.

Lacy finally has a 100+ yard day, Vikings have no trouble running the ball but a few costly turnovers make for a comfortable final score. 31-20.

Satantori uses this as further evidence that the defense doesn't suck.

When Lattimore or Hawk attack the hole they more often than not make the stop. When they are slow to react to the play they get caught in the 2nd level of the run after about 6 or so yards. It is the latter that happened a lot in the CHI game. Also, after [re]watching the games Clay has been missing outside contain too much so far this year.

Vikings fans and media sounding very confident and cocky this morning, set up very nicely for big disappointment. Turnovers will decide this game. Whether it's Teddy B on a bad wheel or Ponder, the Vikings should provide. Packers will need to sustain some drives via the run. Looking for a big game from Starks and Packers win 24-17.
