On the post game show they mentioned the Brewers were over .500 for the first time since the last game of the 2014 season and I couldn't believe it. That 334 game streak of below .500 was the longest in team history. Great to see Pina have a hot bat and Thames again with his 3rd HR on the year. This is fun winning 4 in a row on the road. Keep turning up the heat !

Watching Arcia take an first pitch to right field for a single was incredible.  Kid is learning how to hit big league pitchers.  Thames way more athletic than Carter with good power!  Pitching has been good without our two studs from last year.

And final question, how do we get a decent bull pen with rejects, retreads, and unwanted lately?

Pitching struggles today. Davies gives up 3 earned runs in 5 innings and Torres gave up 3 more in 1 inning.  Also Villar picked off 2nd with 1 out in the 1st and a runner on 1st. Another BB and then a double by Perez drives in 2 which should have been 3.   On the bright side Thames, (not the river) had 2 home runs.

Two weeks ago this was a horrible team to watch, this week they are special.  Baseball is all about not overreacting to small samples, but yet...

What I do know is they are young, volatile and it is fun to watch baseball.   I still see this as a 75 win team, but would still love to see them beat up on the Cards and Cubs as much as possible.
