Larsy and Edens out of Chicago.  Deal has language in it that keeps the Bucks in Milwaukee for the future.

The price of the franchise is about 250M over valuation as well from what i recall.. i think it was valued at 308M.

Billionaire owners coming to MKE... and Herb now has 550M to build a new arena with.

Hammes construction out of Waukesha has applied for a 450M dollar TPE.  Likely for a new arena - looks like it.

Big things happening for the Bucks today.  Wow.... couldn't be happier.

Sounds like a good deal. 200M to plop down towards a new stadium is a very big deal.

Most of the haters who said Miller Park would never be worth it are nowhere to be found now. Milwaukee is a sports town and WI a sports state. Give them a decent team to cheer for, they will come out and support the Bucks.

Good day for Milwaukee.

There are a lot of reasons to thank Senator Kohl for his time as the Bucks owner. He definitely kept the team from leaving. He spent plenty of money.

But he was also handed an arena. He chose poorly with his management teams. He meddled indirectly much of the time. 30 years of bad basketball.

But for the new ownership, it's an opportunity to really catch a team at the right time. Top 3 pick coming, young talent on the roster... They have a shot to be another Oklahoma City. Solve the arena deal and you've got something...
