I see most of the Donkeys games and when Ball is healthy he is just OK, does not seem to have the burst or quickness.  That said from what I read and hear they have not given up on him.

He needs to be healthy for a long period to get an honest apprasal.  The new guy CJ Anderson is quick and fast and right now he looks like the real deal.

GB making the post season 5 straight years and winning a SB given their injury history over that time and winning at a .700 clip is the ultimate, "Don't even think about playing the injury card here" imaginable.

And yes I just knocked on wood for 2 straight minutes given the fairly healthy season. Raji and Barclay notwithstanding

Combiantion of things. Denver's O-line was re-worked  bit and they weren't run blocking well the first couple of games as well s facing tough run defenses (Cardinals, Niners, healthy Jets who are easy to pass on also, etc) s well as Mnning's rm being still fresh. Hillman got  couple of decent match ups and Anderson has been good with Manning's arm losing some apparent zip and better line play. It'll be interesting to see wht happens next year.

Cowboys' DeMarco Murray with a broken hand last night.

@ProFootballDoc: Impossible for metacarpal fracture to heal in 2.8 days. I operated on & returned many @NFL players at 1 wk but all wore cast. #DeMarcoMurray

When will Nick Foles return from his collarbone ? Apparently, it doesn't matter

Playoff probability with Sanchez: 35.7%
Playoff probability with Foles: 35.9%

Super Bowl Champion probability with Sanchez: 1.2%
Super Bowl Champion probability with Foles: 1.3%

Terrell Suggs out for the year with a torn Achilles' tendon

Busted up wheel for Dez Bryant isn't good either.  I saw the 4-6 week recovery but would not be surprised if it was longer.  Big loss for Dallas

I read 4-6 weeks for Dez and went unpossible...  well, unless they leave the screws in I guess.  But then you have to get back in shape and learn how to run with it.  Still don't see 4-6 weeks.  Pay him more jerruh.

Unprotected officials running around on the same field with fleet footed armored giants.  What could possibly go wrong.

Might be time for the NFL to look into protective gear for the refs.

I have to believe that a light weight protective vest would have considerably lessened the damage.

So.

Jiminy Clausen is starting in Seattle on Sunday after the Hag's start 2015 0-2.

THAT is going to be must see TV.

Where is that line opening? Seattle -16.5? If the line opens at -20.5 will the league allow Chicago to stay home?

Anyone remember when Jiminy Clausen went 1-12 as a rookie in 2010 and got John Fox fired in Carolina?

The band is back together!

The early games last Sunday amounted, collectively, to some of the worst football I'd seen in a long while.

With Brees, Cutler and Romo on the pine, next week could be worse.
