Bull****. America is now so smart it has discovered that the earth is flat and vaccinations are the greatest health hazard.

I actually sat next to a flat earth guy on my last flight.  Best. Flight. Ever.

Seriously? I think I'd have him in tears by the end of the flight. LOL!

What the hell does that have to do with pony penises, Patrick?

I officially don't get this response.  Everyone else has posted mocks.  Doesn't mean any of them are going to come true.

This is the mock forum?  I thought it was the railroad forum.

And I thought it was the "Official 2017 Draft Thread".

Guess not.

Some are too busy mocking others.

Welcome to x4.  Are you new here?

Seriously!  I very much enjoy obscure erudite humor.  This guy was a comic savant.

I can't tell if he thinks I'm mocking a man who is mocking a disabled person or if it's referring to the mocking the mocking man is doing.

Ah! Well, the subject matter is really funny.

Exactly. In the mock I posted he is #61. I like him there and I like Griffen at 93.

More research I do the more I think Levin would be a stretch at #172.  The highest I found him on anybody's list is at CBS Sports and he's #237 there.  Chances are excellent that he would be available at pick #212 and it's not out of the question he'd be available at pick #247.  It seems like core strength is just too much of an issue with him.  He had a great combine workout but his upside might be limited to an interior swing-man.

It started five years ago this month. General manager Ted Thompson set a mandate after watching his defense surrender the most yards in the NFL, preventing a team that finished 15-1 in the regular season from advancing to the 2011 NFC championship game.

The Packers had to change.

Since, Thompson has pumped his most precious assets — first-round draft picks — into building a defense that could win a championship. For five straight years, the Packers have used their first-round pick on a defensive player.

“Did we?” asked Thompson, professing ignorance at last month’s NFL meetings.

Please don't insult the media and the fans intelligence. You and/or/combo with Dom have failed on defense.

He's sorry. TT didn't mean to. Honest

A haul of something like TJ Watt (OLB)/Cordrea Tankersley (CB)/Josh Reynolds (WR)/Brian Hill (RB)/Chase Roullier (OL)/Tashawn Bower (OLB)/Detrich Wise Jr. (DT/DE/OLB)/Corey Clement (RB) would be pretty sweet. I somewhat doubt TT takes more than one corner with all the young guys on the roster they seem to like.

I like Ogunbowale more than Clement. Ogunbowale can block and catch passes out of the backfield better than Clement and we can probably pick him up as an UDFA and use the spot Clement had here for someone else.

For all the mock draft talk, did you ever stop to consider that prospective draft picks might considered themselves to be mocked by those who create mock drafts and then by those who mock mock drafts?

There is a reason they call them "mock" drafts.

Ugh I hate this time of year. I wish the draft had not been pushed back.

TT/MM prefer bigger RBs. De'Veon Smith would be another possibility. The names don't have to be exact, just the spread of abilities and sort of the general draft position.

Samaje Perine. Heavy on bull. Light on ballerina. Decent hands. Super high character kid. Late 3 early 4 projection.

Ozzie will steal him before TT gets a chance to draft him in the 3rd.

Yes, its also matter of "value verses need". Reaching for need is often a fools errand. I am beginning to understand the phrase "Letting the draft come to you". As a fan its so frustrating to see a need that seems to be ignored by the team, when in fact, there is a much larger picture in play. The term "value" is beginning to make more sense now.
