Also, I hope "12s" becomes a slur much like the N-word is in educated society.

What do you have against Arod, Micah Hyde?

I thought we were done spreading that ugly gossip?

(sigh) I'll say it once more for posterity.

Micah Hyde is not a virulent racist. He has nothing but unadulterated love for all humans, and works proactively to eradicate hatred towards individuals of different races, colors, creeds, etc. Fukk, that's why quite a charitable attitude from a FreeSafety.

You got a cease and desist letter from his attorney, didn't you?

TJ Lang and DJ Williams on the radio. Do you know how funny those guys are? My wife wanted to listen.

I think he thinks so too. He's all fist-bumping and stuff, and saying how much he wanted him afterwards.

TT's drafts are just fun to be a part of. They're so...trustworthy is the best word I can think of. We're going to miss him when he's  gone.

Personally can't wait to see what Fackrell can do, and Martinez, and the speed demon. Just an intriguing draft all around. Never a dull moment.

Definitely the most athletic o-lineman at the combine. The knock on him is that he was not as dominant, especially in the run game, as his athletic attributes would predict. However, at the Senior Bowl he internalized coaching & improved during the week. This gives hope that coaching can get him to be more consistent in finishing blocks. Can easily put on more weight, which will help him anchor vs. bull rush. With his feet, I don't see him getting beat to the outside very often.

Should Seattle have taken Spriggs?

That's what the folks at Pro Football Focus argue. While Germain Ifedi has athletic upside, Jason Spriggs is better on the field

PFF review on Hags picking Ifedi as a 1st round pick:

We saw Ifedi as more of a mid-round developmental option, even though he has the size, length and athleticism that coaches covet. He had some ugly plays in pass protection, finishing with the No. 67 grade in that area in the draft class. He was better in the running game, ranking No. 23 in the class, but he has a ways to go to live up to his first-round selection. The Seahawks really need to improve their line play, as Russell Wilson was under pressure at the second-highest rate of any NFL QB last season.

It seems that blocking scheme requires as much mental skill as physical skill, so if he has the smarts to handle it then he could be really good...he has the physical skills for sure. Yeah that will be an interesting pick to watch and compare with some of the Tackles taken after him. There were some good developmental OL in the mid-rounds that Seattle probably could plugged in, but if Ifedi develops into an all-pro then it doesn't matter who was available.
