It's no surprise that the older, historical teams have the best uniforms.

The author is lost on the Steelers' throwback uni's, however. They are every bit as hideous as the Bucs new (or older) uni's, if not moreso.

 

I do agree that most, if not all, of the monochromatic look suck. The Packers' gold pants work well with either home or road jerseys, but not every team can use the same color of pants like they do.

Technically, it does follow Wimbledon's all-white rule, but unsurprisingly, the fuddy-duddies hated the idea of Anne White's all-white Spandex bodysuit and made her change into something more demure.

I kind of like the Steelers' bumblebee uniforms if only because they're so gloriously wrong.

I'd like the Packers' blue throwbacks if they could use the original size numbers and have a helmet that looks like leather.  Screw the NFL's "safety" rules that really don't make painting over a helmet any less safe.

Interesting that all 5 have kept the classic look for several decades now.

That was SUCH a great moment in Packer playoff history: Howard Green with the arm bump, Collins playing it perfectly in the air, weaving his way into the end zone, celebrating appropriately even though he drew the flag. Pack up 21-3 and it was taillights, baby!!!!
