There's a part of me that loved Steph Curry sticking one in Irvings face for the dagger. A poetic end.

This one was called even and the result was predictable. This is 4 all stars and the best bench in the NBA against James and Irving. The better team won.

The Bucks are coming... House Bucks shall rise to challenge in the next Feast of the East.

Lets have the Bucks win a playoff series before we make them serious rivals in the East.   They are a good young team with a dynamic player and tons of upside but we still need to see it.

Take it easy dude... it was a play on Game of Zones from Bleacher Report.

The Bucks are easily 2 years from approaching actual contender status. They're still so young, it's not reasonable to expect it this coming season.

But if there is a team whose construct is capable of rising to that level, it is the Bucks. If the amazing happens and Giannis becomes the unstoppable force he could be, and Parker becomes an All Star, and Middleton also becomes an All Star, and Brogdon finishes his trajectory, and Maker develops like Giannis did... this team won't need to sign a free agent to become a super team. They'll be one.

And the great thing is that all the above is actually possible.

Bucks are a sleeper. If they can get 1 or 2 more pieces. Boston too & they have a great draft selection coming up....Cavs better watch out.

Wonder if Cavs will get rid of Love & try to "rent" Paul George for 1 year?

That's probably the only option they have right now.

But they didn't lose this series because Kevin Love is the problem alone. They lost because they can't have both Love and Thompson on the floor for long stretches at a time against the Warriors. That's $39M in cap space that isn't an issue against anyone except for one team.

Now replace JR Smith with PG13? That makes them better. But you can't swap one for one there- no one wants JR Smith. But a 3 way deal with some team needing to dump a salary and can offer something to Indiana that has a little value? Might be some "there" there...

Bucks and Wolves are sleepers

Problem with the Wolves is that franchise is cursed and simply ****ed up all the way to Glenn Taylor.  So no need to go down that road.

Bucks are a different story though.  Newer owners with deep pockets.  New arena in 2018.  Arguably the most young dynamic player in the league (Giannis) and a decent young developing core around him with Parker and Middleton and Brogdon and Maker.

I know it's a small market and NBAFU but I think the Bucks length and athleticism is really the only thing that can challenge GS in the near future.   If they could lure one more stud player - say a Klay Thompson- I would put them in a much better spot to compete than just about everyone else other than the City

Boston and Philly?  Really?  Boston is fools gold and Ainge will **** that up.   They have no size or toughness and drafting another guard does them nothing.  Best thing they could do is deal the pick to Chicago for Jimmy Butler.

Sixers are decades away from competing

If Boston adds a true difference maker at #1 and Gordon Hayward as rumored, they're going to be really good for a long time. Brown will be really good I think. Horford has some tread left. Thomas will have to come all the way back (which is a toss up), though.

Philly gets Simmons back, Embiid... they're really young but they showed this year that they can win. If their best players pan out, they're going to be really good too.

Even Dan Bernstein said it today on the Score- the one team with the most upside is the Bucks. 2018-19 will be a lot of fun if they stay healthy this year. 2019-20 more so. 2020-21...
