You can rebuild very fast when a guy like Aaron Rodgers is your QB, but I think it's time to hand the reins over to John Dorsey, Elliot Wolf, or John Schneider if he wanted to come back.

What health issues are you talking about? I've never read about Ted Thompson having health problems.
