Cousins last 48 games STARTED vs Rodgers last 48 games STARTED. I tried to help you. I really did. I even posted the stats. I’m sorry it’s too much for you to comprehend. I really am.

The quote refers to the 48 game time span since Cousins took over as the starter for RG III. And Rodgers' numbers over the same time span...you know, since Cousins took over as the starter for RG III. During which, Cousins played in 9 more games than did Rodgers. And still didn't measure up.
