Nailed it. Capers should have been gone after the San Francisco debacle in 2012 where they surrendered 45 points. The year prior, we lost in the divisional round to the Giants by giving up 37.
If your argument was talent and not coaching, than it should have been TT. We would have missed out on 1- Nick Perry, 1 - Datone Jones, 1 - Clinton Dix, and 1 - Damarious Randall, 1 - Kenny Clark, 1 - Kevin King.
Only 1st rounder who has been a + is Clark. If King continues on his path, he will be viewed in the same light as Nick Perry.
Absolutely wasted.
The debate goes to those who pissed and moaned about TT the entire time he was a GM, not the fact everything went to shit at the end. TT's health failing, McVince being McVincey and keeping yes men clowns and The Wizard around and Murphy being clueless about the whole thing are common talking points but building a Super Bowl team is conveniently excluded.
So I suggest people get a grasp on the context of what is or isn't being said.
