He did say when they left their original teams. With Brady it was a big deal, not so much with Manning but both of them got the assistant GM (or assistant to the GM) role with Tampa and Denver. Rodgers might have to switch teams like they did to get that kind of respect or maybe the GB front office can figure it out how that works by the end of this year.
