From what they said on the broadcast yesterday, the highest ranked Big Ten team NOT in the playoffs gets the Rose Bowl, so the crappy thing is if the Badgers lose to Ohio State it means Penn State probably gets the Rose Bowl. Voters won't keep Bucky ahead of PSU.

Hmmm, Bucky was 13 and PSU was 12. Bucky blows out a top 10 team on the road and PSU sleepwalks through a lackluster win over Rutgers. Methinks that should put Bucky ahead of PSU but I do see your point.
