The Bucks had some very good teams in the 80s. Their problem was they had to get past both Boston and/or Philly - and at that time that was no easy task. But it shows the importance of having a superstar like Bird or Doctor J. The Bucks had one in Kareem and now have another one in Giannis. They have to take advantage and win a title because in the NBA rosters and fortunes can change quickly (see OKC) and there are no guarantees.

The Brewers are just due. Unlike the Packers or Bucks they don’t have the same level of playoff success but they have a very loyal and rabid fan following not unlike the Badgers. A title for the Brewers would probably mean more because it would be their first. Hopefully under David Stearns they can get there.
