This is why they need another bullpen arm. CC used Hader a lot last year in high leverage situations like tonight. Two out, bases loaded, top of the 7th in a game you trail 6-4. That out there means a lot more than an out in the 9th with nobody on base. Because he's only using Hader as a closer, he brings in Burnes who walks a guy with the bases loaded and then gives up a 2 run single. The season is half over and Burnes has a WAR of -1.6 as a reliever.
