Agreed on Nelson. They've let him start 3 games and he's had control problems in each start. He's walked 10 guys in 12 innings and the Brewers are 0-3 in his starts. They need to move him to middle relief if they are going to keep him on the roster. At least you can let him eat some innings up and if he doesn't have it CC is more comfortable giving him a quick hook.
They were obviously hoping that Nelson could be their mid-season addition that made a difference. They thought they were going to get the 2017 version of Jimmy Nelson. The problem is that essentially that's the only year he was any good in his career. He lead the league in walks in 2016 and hit batters in 2015 and 2016. He was 12-6 in 2017, other than that his career record is now 21-40.
