Reply to "issue with Chrome??"

Was some work done on the site last week? For about 4 days the home page looked real generic, it is back but slightly different and now when I click the "New Forums" link it opens in a new tab. (Firefox, IE, Edge). Everything works correctly, I just noticed the change.
