I'm just glad we don't have a GM who is short sighted and doesn't plan for the future. TT is usually quite good at making sure a position doesn't "age out" and guys are continually developed and keeping this roster young. Sans a few positions like TE, ILB, etc he's pretty good at seeing past the trees and noticing the whole forest.
