The Packers want to get bigger and faster (and I would think the emphasis is on faster).

Higgins is long but he isn't very fast and he isn't quick.

Diggs fits the bill for size at his position. Would like to see what he can run but think he's fast enough.

The tiny little ILB? No.

Proche? No. Small WR with short arms and not very explosive.
