He didn't do his fucking job by managing a situation with a generational talent. Doesn't matter what you think of Rodgers, you win Super Bowls with this guy if you are doing your job correctly. So all of those FA/draft moves mean exactly jack squat when you just alienated and are about the excise the one factor on the entire team that is damn near the best guarantee to win it all.
