Who would be in favor of Joe Thomas’ proposal of giving Rodgers final say over the roster? Serious throwback to Curly Lambeau days of a player/coach/GM. I say fuck it, give it a try. Make the 3 headed leadership monster with Rodgers, LaFleur and Murphy. Murphy handles all the non-football ops, LaFleur handles the coaching side, Rodgers handles the final roster say and then you hire an experience ops guy to manage everything except final roster say.
