It's almost as if after #9 they were surprised that Williams or Bush was gonna fall into their lap and after PIT sharked CIN all of a sudden Gute panicked and took the risk.

that's alot of assumptions. alot of mocks had williams and bush gone by 12 anyway...I don't think gute panicked.
