True, ATM. I'm just thinking of the playoff run, and keeping him away from our competitors in the division. Man, losing Corey hurt. That was quite a weapon, having 3 quality closers last year in Knebel, Jeffress and Hader. We sure could use that again. I think signing Kimbrel would be a major coup, but it would be an expensive venture for sure. No doubt.

He wasn't going anywhere before June 2nd. Now, there is a line out the door vying for his services. Gotta have pitching to win the whole enchilada. I wish they would just do it, but, its not my money.

Maybe they are targeting a younger arm, less expensive, for a possible move at the trade deadline...
