It's not the structure that wins, it's the men behind it. If Russ Ball does a good job with the budget(he has a proven track record) , Gutekunst stocks the cupboard with talent(things are looking up), and LeFluer is not only a master play-caller , but proves he can direct the ship - it doesn't matter what the structure is.

Overly simplistic, but if you win the structure is fine, lose and its pointed to as the reason for the losses.
