I donno, IF the plan was to have more communication then I am for the restructuring of the FO. If it was a power grab then I am against it. The lowball offer to a prospective ST coach seems to indicate the latter. But perhaps when things settle down and there really is improvement in the communication then it will work out ok. The next few seasons will indicate which of the two it really is. At least we are not the fiasco of the Giants FO.
