Think the change in structure will likely be more of a long-term issue than a short term one. Murphy assuming the role of meddling owner may initially work but over the long haul strikes me as nothing but potential problems.

Then again he was completely hands off with football ops until this point with a traditional GM/HC structure and this is where we ended up. There are specific things I'm unhappy that Murphy has done, but overall I'm happy with his choice of GM and I'm optimistic about his choice of HC. From this point on his role should be to sit back and let his people do their job, I've not seen anything to this point to make me think he will meddle.
