As for making up games, if it doesn't affect the playoffs the games will not be made up. This happened in baseball. the Cards would have had to play a double headed in Detroit but since those games did not affect the standings they went bye bye. At 0-3 do you really think the Vikings will have to play all their games to see if they qualify? Same with Houston.
