They absolutely need to address the OLB position whether it's Watt or someone else. The odds of CMIII staying healthy (and actually Perry for that matter too) are very slim.

They need more talent and depth at CB as well and if I had to guess that's where Ted goes at 29 assuming no trades or other deals are made.
