Each week in 2019, the NFL has designated one game to commemorate the league’s 100th season, picking matchups that represent “a momentous game played, a fierce rivalry that spans decades, a matchup of original teams and/or a game in which history was made.”

The Packers will be featured in the “NFL100 Game of the Week” during weeks 1, 7 and 8.

The Packers’ trip to Chicago to play the rival Bears will kick off the NFL’s 100th season in prime time. In October, the Packers will host the Oakland Raiders, whom Green Bay beat in Super Bowl II, and then a week later travel to Kansas City to play the Chiefs, whom the Packers defeated in Super Bowl I.

Nice to see the Packers so well represented on the right side of History

Not to be left out of the 100th Anniversary celebration, the vikes are also represented - but only 1 of their 4 crushing defeats made the cut, losing to the Chiefs in the SB will be celebrated as part of the year - long NFL anniversary

The vikes are always on the wrong side of history, dating back to 1492 when they let Columbus take full credit for discovery of the new world even though the sven-chokers arrived hundreds of years earlier. ( allegedly)

Both teams have a long and storied tradition, but the purples tradition is LOSING, CHOKING, COMING UP SHORT for more than 500 years. Meanwhile, the 13 time NFL Champions tradition is all about winning. Hence the name on the Trophy

Eat it, wear it, own it vikechumps.  The vikings suck
