I think he just ran his pattern a little tight to the sideline. Rodgers fit it in there, and to JK's credit, he managed to stay inbounds long enough to squeak the ball inside the pylon. He runs that pattern even a foot more to the inside and it's an easier TD as he runs away from the DB.
