Thanks for the welcomes!

Yeah, PFT is quite interesting. Very biased against the Packers and comments only post after Florio's people have checked them to make sure they don't go too far against the PFT(Florio's) agendas. One troll posting 900 times a day on 200 different names. Florio is most likely involved in that as well. Florio is a weasel, a failed former lawyer, and in NO WAY a journalist.

This Texans game is a important W. Minnie won't be a cake walk win and then it's out to San Fran on a short week. I am not all that confident the Packers get the W in San Fran. Important to be 5-1 after this week.โœŠ

I think the Packers lose this week too. I donโ€™t think the defense has hit bottom yet. I donโ€™t think the offense has recovered from the ass whoopin they endured last week. Those kinds of shellackings have a hangover effect, and their confidence sure look shook after the game.

Part of learning how to win is learning how to handle a loss. Would love to be wrong of course, but Iโ€™ve seen this movie before...

I must have been asleep in the part of the movie where the Packers lost two games in a row under LaFleur.

Thatโ€™s fair- but football has been football for a long time. Iโ€™m hopeful that a hangover isnโ€™t coming, which is how I felt after the game. But man... theyโ€™re really beat up and the talk of a bad week of practice leading into the game makes me think thereโ€™s something wrong that a week isnโ€™t going to solve.

Rest him and give the carries to Dillon.

The concern would be how limited Dillon might be in the passing game, both in running patters out of the backfield and in picking up the blitz. Obviously, given his size he should be physically very capable of picking up a blitzing LB, it's just whether he knows the audibles, etc.

The Packers weakness on offense (assuming Rodgers gets a normal about of time to throw) is that the non-Adams receivers don't consistently stretch the field. Putting Jones out wide helps overcome some of that. Without him, those safeties and LBs are maybe a step or two closer to the LOS. Dillon may be tough to bring down, but not as much if they are stacking the LOS.
