I don't see a predictions thread so... I think our all world WK1 CBs get toasted a bit and come back to earth. Lotta season in front if them. Gotta imagine seeing a heavy dose of 2TE on O. AR will be OK. MM and OL know their season depends on it.

I think you may have watched the wrong game. George Kittle (the TE) gashed the Vikings D repeatedly with their misdirection game and may have had an even bigger day with two big drops (one in the endzone). I was surprised just how athletic that guy is. I'd love to have that guy on the Vikings roster to pair with The Human Iceberg Rudolph. *apologies for posting out of the Vikings Suck thread

I agree, it'd be a huge mistake to pass on Murray or Queen. I know ILB isn't as "valuable" as other positions but #30 is the perfect place to draft a a starter at any position. Guard, Center, ILB, slot WR, nickel CB, etc., all the "non-value" positions.......you get a starter at 30, it's a good pick. Queen or Murray would give this team an ILB that they haven't seen in decades. I used to be on board with plugging "value" picks in at ILB and devoting more resources to pass rushers and...

That 5th round LB'r is horseshit. He might as well pulled a Viking & just not turned in the card. That dude probably isn't making the final 53. PS material & out of the league in 2-3 years. The last 5 picks I actually like.

As I mentioned earlier in the thread, maybe the silver lining is pending retirements of Brady/Belicheat? We can only hope. As great as the Patriots accomplishment was this year, you can't help but wonder, did they somehow cheat again? Man if they did, they have some balls, and they must be geniuses in how they hide it if they still are doing it. I doubt they did cheat, and yet they have done it the past so you just never know if they've got some other new tech way of knowing EXACTLY what is...

So with all that we are talking about on this thread the one thing we are missing is why we hate the Bears. FIBS. anyone growing up in Wisconsin knows what I am talking about. Ok I have jinxed the Packers and there is no longer a need to continue this thread as I just decided to go the game. Every few years I go to a Packers - Bears game at Lambeau and the Packers always lose. Every stinking time (I still have nightmares of the Walter Payton memorial game) and I always tell myself never a Bears game and I keep doing it. I will accept all the hate this will bring me but I am a masochist.

Oh you are as much of a jinx as I am. I have seen the Packers play in many places and I think out of the 15 or so games I have seen they have won maybe 3 or 4 times. I personally think the game this week is the season that is how critical I think it is. They have to win to put pressure on the spermheads.

I have seen 3 Packer games in Lambeau. First was October 12, 2003, a 40-34 loss to the Chiefs. Chiefs may have been undefeated at the time. Pack got it to OT (they had some unlucky bounces of the ball resulting in them falling behind early). Ahman Green fumbled and the next play was something like a 70 yard TD bomb. Radio guys on the ride home from the game said it was probably the most crushing regular season loss they could think of. The middle one was awesome. Vikes tied it late with two...

There will always be non-RD1 QB's that find success in the league, even elite status. Much harder to find on draft day but they'll be out there. Don't forget the versatility Jenkins gives us if they find another hat to play his spot. He played C in college and may be better there than he even was at G this year. Cole Madison seems to be hanging on by a thread but he's is hanging around. Can't count on anything from him in early 2020 but there may still be a chance.
