You're telling me that the MVP can't Come from behind?  Theres a Olivia joke in there but this is not the time for it

McCarthy is a guy that stuck with Slocum forever.  He brought back Capers after getting torched for 600 yards to SF.  He "does what he does".

Our offense has sucked for 7 weeks, and we haven't changed a thing.

MM is the problem.  He's at best a guy.  We are stale, we need new blood.  I'm done with the entire staff.

What about Perry and Whitt?

To be clear, I am of the opinion that the entire operation is stale, and I'd prefer to see and entire new staff brought in.  Stale offense, stale defense, stale philosophy.  It's time to move on after 10 years.

This team has enough talent to be 9-2 right now. I honestly believe that. This **** is purely coaching. Chicago's talent is vastly inferior to what the Packers put out on the field tonight. Ted Thompson is doing his job (he isn't perfect, but this team has what it needs to win), the fat imbecile he has out there coaching for him sure as **** isn't, though.

The NFCC game showed everyone what a joke McCarthy is. He was at the helm of an all-time choke.  The more time goes by the more it looks like the stars were aligned in 2010 and this team will never win another Bowl as long as he is around.

first and goal from the 8 and I had no faith that they would score the touchdown.

MM won't be so drastic as to take over playcalling from Clements.  That's his MO.  He is apparently a creature of comfort.  He stuck with Capers, who should have been replaced at least a year ago.  He'll stick with Clements.  To go back to playcalling now would destroy his "plan" he always talked about in the off-season.

MM will blame the turnovers for the loss, but 3/11 on third-down and 0/2 in the redzone is killer.  Compare the rushing YPA and passing YPA - you'll cry.

This was the problem with the pack back in the 80's....with all the pros of not having an all-powerful owner,  we are stuck with business as usual.   does Murphy go in there and say, hey something needs to change?  our TT?  this just cant be sitting well with any body in the front office.

This is not much an issue if we knew we going to be middle of pack NFL team, but we had high hopes for this team as did all the football pundits.  Something is SERIOUSLY BROKEN with the offense, the defense and ST have not been the issue.  sorry for the rant, just need to vent with the over indulgence of Thanksgiving.

Green Bay ran for 180 yards without trying tonight. That **** was a rolled out on a red carpet and Green Bay was having none of it. I dont get it. Green Bay could have run Chicago out of coverage to a win. They tried to throw coverage out of coverage.

Im kind of done with Mike. Tonight was an unemotional unforgivable brain ****. That win was there for the taking. He and his staff knew best.

They beat a crappy Vikings team.  Newsflash they suck too.  I'm not sure I understand the point you're trying to make.

Janis had his guy boxed out on the last play. Rodgers could have thrown it to him for the winning TD.

So you're saying MM was right not to fire him all this time and we just need to wait 5 years for Clements to pull his head out of his ass?

Do you hear that sound, everyone? That's the sound of a Hall of Fame QB's career being pissed away. They did it once with Favre, and they're doing the same thing all over. After XLV, I really thought Rodgers was going to get at least two more. What a pipe dream at this point.

By the by Janis had posted his man up near the left pylon three yards into the EZ, completely boxed out the cover guy.  Rodgers rolls left and stares 83 down then throws high to Adams in a crowd.  He throws straight to Janis, if caught, easy TD.

Could would should.

Get over it, Aaron.

One thing that has been absolutely proven this year is what a fantastic player Jordy Nelson was.  Having him around hid the warts of the rest of the receivers on the team.  Cobb and Adams look lost without Jordy's deep threat and overall presence to free those other 2 guys up.

Anybody have a screen shot of that?

At least he can tab that DE/OLB from Western Paducah who will flame out at ILB in two years rather than wasting the late pick on a guy like Vernon Davis.

On occasion. Not every down. And there were always really good ones to make the crappy ones bearable and the average ones look good. There's no Jennings or Nelson or younger James Jones. He doesn't trust them. He has no confidence in them. He seems to scarcely believe it when they actually are open short arms the ball or guides the pass. You can see the look in his eyes since Denver. I thought he was going to go Favre/Bill Schroder on Adams after that interception where #17 ran around a DB on a timing route. But he didn't he just unbuttoned his chin strap and kept giving that baleful stare we know too well from the past 5 weeks.

I can't remember a decent pass play since San Diego where #12 stayed in the pocket and was able to complete it.

Adams ran at a snail's pace and then just sat there in the EZ with his man draped all over him.  Poor decision to throw it to him unless he intended to throw it lower so he could fall forward to catch it, as he did at the 8 yard line.   I hope MM and ARod realize that Clements is putting this whole season at risk.  Need to go back to MM calling plays.  Also need Adams to show he can catch a freakin' ball!  And the OL is porous.  Maybe some backup DL guys once in a while to shore it up?  That's what the Bears did!

Just think, they're paying Randall Cobb $10 million a year. I hated the signing when they made it (he's worth about half that much), and I hate it 10x more now.

Obviously your call to criticize McCarthy but he has shown me time and again he can coach his ass off when it matters most.
-developing a raw first round pick into a mvp talent in the shadow of a hall of famer. **** ain't easy.
-rallying an injury depleted roster to a Lombardi when their backs were against the wall in 2010 against the giants.
-going into minny last week and taking care of biz when there were quite a few national pundits saying mn was pulling the division from gb.

Tonight's outcome is tough but i'd calm down.

Adams should hit the bench and be grateful if he doesn't hit the wire. Just worthless. We need receivers and TE s very badly. Our O-line and RB s are generally good enough to win. Cobb is miscast as a #1, and there is no #2, just a 3 (Jones) and fives (all the rest, except Abby, who can't stay healthy, but could become a 3 if he ever did stay on the field. The D is on the field more than they should be because the team would rather throw to slow, sh!tty receivers who can't catch, instead of running with two decent RBs behind a decent line. Long, painful season. There is always next year, as Viqueen and Bore fans know.

I didn't hate it at the time, but the truth is, that does look like a waste of money right now.  They paid Cobb to be the best slot receiver in the NFL, and instead he's been average at best.  Considering the salary, in some ways he's a bigger disappointment than Adams.

You don't pay two different WRs on your roster $10+ million a year when you have a Hall of Fame QB. It just isn't how you run a football team in the salary cap era. I think Ted generally does a good job with the roster, but that was a bad move. He got too cute with his "keep my own guys" stuff. I think it's pretty safe to say now that it was worse than the contract Wolf gave Freeman back in 1999. He at least still sometimes showed up after he was paid.

I honestly believe MM is purposely doing this to get out.

Lacy should've had 200 yards rushing minimum even WITH the fumble.

Guess what....none of the players care. Know why? They get paid the same. Isn't that great?!?!?

Where is he going to go? Who in their right minds would hire him now? What job is better than this one? What's really killing me now is that we all know McCarthy is going to keep his job after this season ends. Unless they finish 8-8/7-9, Stupidface's job is safe.
