Need to open this up
All we need to do is apply a "not" function to everything we're doing then everything will be fine
Callahan time. weve seen enough of this fool
This is not good football
Blair would agree
Boy... they are not going to throw the ball downfield are they...
Is idiot Mccarthy going to just run 5 yard pass plays or shorter all night again?? So much for opening up the play book Mike. You can't expect the defense to hold up all night when you won't let your QB do anything but dink and dunk. It's ridiculous.
They say if you can’t say anything good, don’t say anything at all.
good night everybody
They say? I thought it was said by Thumper's father as related through Thumper's mother.

Looking Tom Savage like so far
MMs lack of confidence to go downfield with Hundley says a lot. He's got about as much confidence in Hundley as he would in Tom Savage.
I can't remember the last time I saw a QB have two consecutive negative pass plays. That's John Shoop level success.
I think Hundley is taking off on scrambles a bit too quick.
I wish people here would lay off Dom...how many missed tackles has he ever made?? How many blown coverage's has he had?? Coaches coach, players play...it's up to them to execute the game plan. If your anger should be directed anywhere, it should be at the idiot GM that has refused to invest big money on bringing in more talented players on the defensive side of the ball. This is on him.
Nice rest for the D
Looks like the Packers got a new OC during the break.
Hey Esox what's up brah
Two hearted ale for this mofo
might need it!!
Yeah, think I may have to go with the legal herb. FK!
So three years in the system, and plenty of time the past few weeks with the number one offense, we can expect some good stuff. Amirite?
Wait for the 2nd quarter for the QB whisperer to unleash his coaching genius.
Just wait for it.
Idiot McCarthy? You are giving him too much credit
I say 1996 Spurs. Tank and get Tim Duncan #1 overall
Hundley has completed every pass he's attempted except the one throw away on the failed screen. He's 7-8 for 27 yards. When you averaging less than 4 yards per completion, you have problems.
Nice to see Randall trying so far tonight...
GB is basically AR and 52 other dumdums coached by a guy that owes his career to #12.
Who knew I'd long for the days of David Whitehurst and Terdell Middleton?
Detroit has us right where they want us. 3rd and long.
"It's a young defensive line"
code for it's not very good
No pressure again.
The Lions OL looking like Hall of Famers.
I am condition for these 3 and long first downs
Yeah, how can you chew and play the game and not choke on it.
That would get us to Callahan. Maybe he would throw the ball beyond the LOS.
3rd down, middle of field open. TE open. Rinse, repeat.
Goddamn it is there an NFL stat for 3rd and long if so GB D is #1
Whooo boy... gonna be a long night y’all...
There's a lot of high priced talent on this squad...not seeing much value in it.
Heh. After the Giants got drubbed at home McAdoo said in the post game presser that they were trying hard out there. Coaching tree stuff right there.
How is that not holding on Ebron?
The 2nd half team is up on us in the 1st half. This is how bad this D is. Sheesh!
3rd and long...right where we want them!
Will Stafford get 7 seconds to throw here?
No!!! Another third and long!!!
Calls for Hundley to throw the ball downfield for the sake of throwing the ball downfield are pretty funny.
Remember one thing. It’s not like GB recievers run elaborate multi level routes. It’s pretty basic, simplistic stuff.
It took 100% of Rodgers greatness week after week to throw the ball downfield effectively. And even then it hasn’t looked fluid in years
So anyone that thinks Hundley is going to effectively start whistling the ball 20 yards downfield is totally missing the root issue on offense.
Lions better run all night and give us a chance. That throwing beyond the LOS is so over rated - ask Hundley.
My guess is they had a great week of practice
