Game one was supremely entertaining ,  no lead was safe.  If I ran NBC  I would have scrambled to change tonight's programming and made sure the game was put on nationally.    Once I've accomplished  that feat I'd put on my commissioner hat and tell the owner of the Caps one more dirty hit by Wilson and he is DONE...the  hit was predatory,  it reminded me a lot of the cheap hit  Warren Sapp put on a defenseless Chad Clifton back in the 2002 season.. anyhow I've got some braaaaaaaaaaaaats  on the grill, and some ice cold Budweiser ready for consumption.   Lets just hope for another intoxicatingly competitive game 2.

If Fleury keeps playing the same way he did vs. the Jets, I don't see how the Caps are going to win.

I got Vegas in 6. I'm usually wrong.

Starting to feel Caps in 5. Who'da thunk that?!

I have been a Caps fan since the early 1990's (lived in DC for a long time) and I can tell you that we do NOT  have any confidence especially when the series is 3-1 in the Caps favor.  The last time a team did blow a 3-1 lead in the finals was the Red Wings back in the 40's or 50's.

I am trying not to be negative about this because they are SO close.  Caps fans will tell you rooting for that team is like watching Lucy holding the football for Charlie Brown.  Could this be the year Charlie Brown kicks it?
