Perfect.
It's curious that AVP did not speak with AR regarding his desire to move on from the Packers. However, if I were a coach looking to move up in the ranks, Packer policy against letting anyone interview* while under contract would make it a less than desirable destination. I don't imagine the Packers are the only team that does this and I can see why as you'd have to change all of your on-field lingo when someone moves on.

Daniels makes a lot of plays on a fairly regular basis, much like Clark is beginning to. But they're not at positions where the casual/lazy observer would notice because the heads calling the game on tv don't call attention to it.

It is true that the big uglies name/number is mentioned more often due to penalty than due to doing their job. Does not mean they aren't impacting the game. Don't need to crunch film to know that, just need to be a bit more knowledgeable of football than some recent Jeopardy contestants.
That was HILARIOUS last night. All three contestants knew NOTHING about football and the questions were so easy, offsetting penalties plus the Purple People Eaters....

Exactly. And also in Dom's version of the 3-4 the DL are supposed to keep the blockers busy and the LB's are supposed to make the tackles. If the DL's make plays all the better but that's not how the d used to operate.
As for Pettine I so look forward to some of the players feelings getting hurt. And I hope the DC's hard nosed approach gives the defensive players a nastier edge.
