From what I understand via Bukowski, the Packers have offered Snacks a VERY VERY competitive offer.

Bottom line....Do You want to win?? Do you want to play? TBH....I don't think the guy is all THAT great but he should help a little bit. Kind of like Howard Green did in 2010 & I'm not talking about his gigantic play in the Super Bowl.

I don't think he's that great either but he can stuff the run.  It's embarrassing how bad the starter/depth is in the middle of this defense.  No, don't overpay him but fucking find a solution.

The Green Bay Packers released WR Reggie Begelton (BEG-ul-tin), released LB Curtis Bolton from reserve/physically unable to perform, and released WR Caleb Scott from the practice squad. The transactions were announced Tuesday by General Manager Brian Gutekunst.   Making a roster spot for Snacks?  Getting ready to activate St. Brown?

I don't know, i have the feeling snacks will be injured not before too long.  i kind of like wynn frankly. I am still thinking the weak link is ibl/mlb - wonder where the rookie is on his rehab. kamal martin.  him and barnes may really make this thing look different.

I don't think he's in game shape & if that's the case he won't be in game shape for another month at the earliest....then he'll probably get injured.

He's on the HaHa Clinton-Dix plan.....let's see who I can con into paying me longer.

I think this year, teams finally wised up to Haha since he's still on the street

He played pretty good until he got his 2nd contract. He had moments. But after he left Green Bay...I saw right through him as he bounced around from Chicago, Washington, etc.

Mike McCarthy cut him for god sakes before he played an official regular season down for the Cokeboys. Look at their secondary now. LOL

After AB and Bell got the "me first" disease, the Steelers dumped them and kept winning.  Other teams should take notice.  I wonder if Bell will now be out of football.

I think they are different situations. AB was always a nut going back to his college days. The Steelers gave him his big contract (4 years, 68 million) and he was still a malcontent.

Bell played under the franchise tag for a year and didn't want to do it for a second. He wanted the type of money Elliott and Gurley got and the Steelers wouldn't do that for a RB (remember this re: Aaron Jones and the Packers this upcoming offseason) since when they go downhill it often happens fast. He took the biggest offer he could get, ended up in a dumpster fire organization with the Jets and decided he wanted out. He's not the nutjob AB is and was well respected by his teammates in college and in Pittsburgh. He'll get signed by someone soon.

Good for him.  Now lets just hope that the Org we cheer for doesn't become the victim of a similar situation.

Sports is weird that way for me.   I root for the players to make their money but don't want them taking it from the team I cheer for.   I think the Packers do a good job of screening personality and try to stay away from people who are more money driven than legacy driven.

Someone's gotta go when Martin and Kirksey come off IR. I know there's a couple of spots available on the 53 man roster but maybe they are good with the number of MLB's they have now and they want to stay at the number. Plus you have ESB coming back and at some point Lazard.

Looking forward to seeing Martin return. Think he can help them plus it doesn’t hurt he’s a Ski U Mah guy.

We’ll also get a good look at Winfield Jr this Sunday.  He looks like a stud.

Burks has been practicing with the OLBs for a couple weeks now, and getting game time/snaps there too. If he's playing cover in those situations then they may see that as the best use of his skills. He made it to the NFL when so many don't. Optimizing on whatever skills he has may be the last chance for him.

The kicker is that article says Burks is working with OLB?  What the fuck is that flyweight going to do on the outside?  Wave his hands to hopeful block a pass?

More than working.  In the Saints game he got plenty of snaps and It wasn’t pretty.

BRING JJ HOME! JJ won’t demand a trade, it’s not on brand for him and it’s not a great PR move to trade away your HOF cog on defense, but a mutual decision to part could work for both sides. Toss them picks, renegotiated JJ’s contract, start him immediately next to KC.

Potential Texans fire sale

That sounds tricky.  Maybe trade Jordan Love's Potential.

I also wouldn't mind Mercilus on D and/or Brandin Cooks in this offense

Can't get 'em all but I would think at least ONE is possible -- Dude....having JJ Watt with Z, Preston, Gary & KC in the middle?!?!

Angry Bald Man LIKE a LOT! Even Josh Jackson might look like a competent DB with a decent front 7
