If I was a bears fan, every time I looked at, or even thought about this, I would drive to Halas Hall and I would burn it to the ground. Then I would salt the earth it sat upon so nothing could ever grow in its place.

There wouldn't be a jury in Chicago that would convict me.

Especially since they traded the 3rd, 67th, and 111st picks overall in that draft, as well as a 2018 third-round pick during the 2017 NFL Draft to move up ONE SPOT to number 2 to select him.

It's even more hilarious when you see who got picked with those picks. Solomon Thomas is a really good DE. The 111th pick was Tedric Thompson (a backup safety for the Seahawks). The 67th pick was Alvin Kamara. LOL.

I forgot about that.

Epic.

Is Dillon alive?

Coach Matt LaFleur said Wednesday that Dillon (illness) has returned to the Packers' facility but continues to work his way through the NFL's COVID-19 protocol, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Dillon is more than three weeks removed from testing positive for the virus, missing three games as a result. There's no telling when he'll be cleared to resume regular activities, or when his conditioning will be sufficient enough for him to be considered ready for game action. That said, LaFleur believes Dillon "can contribute a lot" once he does get activated. Until then, Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams will continue to get the bulk of the backfield reps for Green Bay.

Any reports on Savage and Lazard injuries, pls?

UPDATE: The Packers have cleared Lazard to return to the game, late in the third quarter.

UPDATE: Lazard has left the medical tent and returned to the bench with a jacket, per Wes Hodkiewicz. Considering the Packers have this game in hand, it might be the last we see of Lazard in this game regardless of his health status.

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Allen Lazard is down in the third quarter of Week 12 Sunday Night Football after a big but clean hit from Jaylon Johnson. Aaron Rodgers was targeting Lazard on a pass attempt, but Johnson came in with a big hit leading with his shoulder into Lazardโ€™s chest.

Lazard was able to get up and walk off the field under his own power. He went to the blue medical tent to get checked out. He has four receptions for 23 yards and a touchdown.

Packers safety Darnell Savage is a candidate for NFC defensive player of the week honors, even if he doesnโ€™t return tonight.

Savage hurt his back in the second half and is questionable to return.

Savage made two interceptions of Mitchell Trubisky before leaving. He has a tackle, two interceptions and two pass breakups.

The Packers scored 14 points off his picks. Of course, the Packers have scored on all but one possession tonight not counting the final, one-play possession of the first half.

Six different players have scored for Green Bay with Davante Adams, Marcedes Lewis, Allen Lazard, Robert Tonyan, Preston Smith and Jamaal Williams each with a touchdown.

The Packers lead 41-17 early in the fourth quarter.
