Found on the internet:

It’s like Rodgers is the old surly guy at the company, who thinks if you don’t know all the tribal knowledge he knows he doesn’t have time for you. Get around your young guys on the sideline and in practice and help coach em up.

He has a high expectation of what he wants so communicate what the hell you want. Stop thinking your the smartest guy in the room and be a leader. Make the people around you better and instill confidence.

Been saying for awhile he needs to invite the skill guys over and have a few beers, watch some tape, and throw around the pigskin. The culture starts with him and time isn’t on his side, so go get it! Can’t have everyone walking on eggshells around you.

Just my opinion: I think this is his last year.

How do we know Rodgers isn’t meeting with guys off the field?   Personally, I’m really impressed with him taking on more of an active leadership role versus what we’ve seen or heard years before.

I mean, he’s right.  There’s an expectation on what it takes to be a professional and if you aren’t putting in the time and effort to learn and prepare and improve then he’s justified in calling them out.
