Wow!! Unreal! Most timely double-play in Brewers history!!
I'm going to need bottled oxygen if this series continues this way.

October Baseball! Can't beat it.
****in Jeffress.
Damnit!
Limit this to 2 and get some hits.
Gotta throw strikes... you get behind and thatโs what happens.
Not understanding sending him back out there for the eighth?
Struggling this postseason.
Struggled last inning.
Threw a lot of pitches last night.
๐ค
That was asking a lot of Jeffress to come back for a second inning after a high stress 7th and a tough inning last night.
The floodgates appear to have opened.
Not having Hader available makes a huge difference.
Needed that

Running out of pitchers.
I love CC, but taking out Miley that early set up this sequence of events.
Do it again Shaw
Turd Ferguson will give up the long ball
Yup....CC is great but in this game in this situation I would've rode that Miley horse until he couldn't run anymore.
Game & series ain't over yet.
Thought he had it. Dang
I thought that was out when it left the bat.
Need to get yelich to the plate in the 9th

Me too. Dammit.
Lot of the damage done by the Dodgers have been bloops and seeing eye grounders the last couple of innings.
Frustrating, but kudos to them for putting the ball in play.
Jeffress can no longer be trusted
Does it seem like the announcers are more excited now the Dodgers are ahead? Ratings?
Come on Cain!
MVP needs to show here.

MVP time!
Well dammit.
On to Bucky!
Well, off to the Badgers' game.
Shazbot!
Up 3 zip, turn it over to the vaunted bullpen...didn't work today.
Series looks like itโs going 7 games. And itโs going to be epic.
well ****.
Time for our LA story
The league & TV would love nothing more than Red Sox vs. Dodgers.
Here's hoping for Crew vs. Stroz just to piss on their parade.

And two of the biggest payrolls in baseball. ๐
Quite a roll, 12 in a row.
You knew they were going to lose one eventually. It wasn't going to be a 19 game win steak to win the WS.
Reset for Monday, take at least one to bring it back to MKE.
We swept the Cards in St. Louis, we can sweep the Dodgers in L A too.

Keeping Hader in for extra innings in game 1 led to him not playing at all in game 2. Allowing Jeffress to pitch in the 8th after getting out of a huge jam in the 7th was not a good thing either. Whenever Jeffress comes into a game, any lead we have is just not big enough. The guy may have heart but he reminds me of when the Crew had Derek Turnbow pitching for them as a closer--Maalox time!
Jeffress has been responsible for each major rally that the opposition has mustered against this bullpen in the playoffs. Itโs time to look at why. Heโs not locating, and heโs not sharp. The splitter Turner hit to win the game last night didnโt dive... not the way a splitterโs suppose to anyway. The Rockies were all over early count fastballs when they tied up game 1. Just a lack of pop to it.
He cannot be counted on in high leverage spots right now. He might need to be the middle guy for a few games.
