Trey Flowers to Detroit.

Hopefully makes them less likely to draft a Pass Rusher at #8

they probably take one of the top TEs now.

DJ Metcalf - As soon as he ran 4.4 - I immediately thought - He's a Lion pick. Lions or Bills.

Let me be clear... I understand there’s many, many more FA players out there that can help.  I’m not advocating that GB should be spending stupid money, however, lets not piss away AR’s last few quality years by pinching pennies and dicking around with mediocre BS.

Kinda old....

So apparently Earl Thomas wants 14 million a season.  I think there’s mutual interest between him and Dallas.  According to NFLN, Dallas wants to pay in the 8-10 million range.  I suggest GB make a move here but we know how that shit will end up.

No Collins... pretty sure no Thomas... no Mosely... No Gipson.

This is a splendid beginning.

Patience, grasshopper.

These first couple days are the "shiny penny" days -- see a shiny penny and pick it up thinking you got at least a dime...

Foles gets $50 Million guaranteed - Hey Blake Bortles is on the market

This is the guy I want. Should come cheap and has a crap ton of arm talent. He had no business starting right away and the coaching staff in Jacksonville was stupid for doing so. Nice low-cost/potentially high-reward flier. He'll need his lower-body mechanics overhauled but why not?

Don't get me wrong, I want a couple of decent starters or solid contributors, but there's very little risk in picking up a project for pennies.

I’m just thinking how much Petitine likes the big interior guys vs outside. Get him in the rotation at a fair deal and would be an upgrade over Mo? I’m already looking 2nd Tier guys. Not a bad thing. League shows that’s how you build. Maybe a smaller splash vs the High-Dive cannonball attention whores. Will be interesting to see how Detroit situation plays out next year. They spent a shitload of cash today.

In a QB hungry league some desperate team will sign him to start IMO

Was hoping for a OLB signing like Preston Smith, but sounds like he has several teams calling....would be happy with Z'Darius Smith as a fall back. Then get a guy like Tre Boston if the other safeties are demanding too much coin. Underrated.

I’d say DL and maybe CB are the few positions GB is good at.  Richardson would be a nice addition to put in the rotation.

Major upgrades could be had at RB, OL, S and LB in FA.

CB? Hell no!

I searched who the Packers have tendered this year and this was the first result...

“I know people sometimes pound their meat. I never do, and I am interested in what I am missing out on. Basically it comes down to a three part question:

Why is meat pounded, what is the result that one wants? I'd be happy to learn both the gastronomical purpose, and what really happens to the meat (fibres etc)
What types of meat should I pound? What types would possibly be a bad idea to pound?
What should I think of when pounding to get a good result?”

So, in other words, Reggie Gilbert.

GB has some young talent there... Not saying they’re set, but there are other places on roster where there’s much less talent.

Jaire Alexander. That’s it.

CB is the most important position on defense, you can never have enough good ones.

the $ spent only to be lost is staggering.  guys getting cut, dead money - wow.  I know it's not my money, but packers run more like a business than most, that is crazy talk - did I read 6 yr 84mill for collins...wtlf is going on here?
